CONSCIOUS BLOOM FOR KIDS

Conscious Bloom for Kids is an empowering and fun children’s programme (ages 6 – 12) that teaches children how to manage their emotions and thoughts; how to deal with difficult situations; and to value who they are as unique special little human beings. The programme has a significant focus on building a solid foundation for life in order to help them achieve at their full potential.

The programme focuses on building self-confidence, reducing anxiety, emotional melt downs from anger or frustration, and reducing fears when faced with everyday challenges.

As parents, we want our children to become leaders of their own lives with the ability to approach life with a clear understanding of their true value and worth. If you are anything like me, you might wish that you could just wrap them up in bubble wrap to protect them from the world out there – from the extremely fast paced modern world and all those situations that might be out of your control as a parent. At the end of the day, the best gift you could ever give your children is the ability and tools available to them to navigate through life’s daily ups and downs with confidence.

Is your child confident at home but shy at school?

Is your child always worried about what the other children are thinking about them?

Does your child get upset at the drop of a hat, cry a lot, feel sad or anxious?

Does your child feel like he/she is not good enough?

Does your child think that the other kids are smarter, funnier or better looking?

Whatever it is that your child may be facing right now and what may be ahead in the future, how you help them deal with it, will determine the impact it has on their future. Teaching our children early in life how to eliminate negative thoughts will develop and encourage well-developed thinking habits, helping them to think positively, feel happy and confident any time they choose!

In addition, by establishing healthy emotional habits, positive mindsets and the acknowledgement of good qualities about themselves, children will be equipped with the skills to generate attitudes of confidence, courage, hope and happiness.

With the correct guidance and heaps of encouragement, children can develop confidence, determination, resilience and strong emotional intelligence. These qualities and skills become part of who they are – these lifelong “companions” can shield them from pain and hurt, and can guide them towards happiness and success.
